Hi Everyone! Happy Monday ☀️
So as I've been working on my own personal development, I've found that creating and inspiring positivity, gratefulness, and goals (big and small) allows me to access true joy and happiness 🤗 I want to share this with everyone because I've seen myself transform from a stress-filled, unhappy, and unmotivated individual to a whole different person who sees almost everything in a different manner now. I still have many days as a girlfriend, caregiver, full-time student, that I feel overwhelmed and stressed, TRUST ME. But I am learning that I am fully equipped and ready to handle whatever this crazy life (SCI life included) throws at me!
So every Monday I am wanting to share something positive and happy with all of you guys for “MONDAY MOTIVATION”! And I want everyone to join in! PLEASE comment anything POSITIVE on this post!
