How Do I Handle Being Paralyzed For the Fourth Time?

My original accident was in 1994. Auto. C5-7 Incomplete. 38 years old. Learned to walk again as a walking quad and functioned very well for years. In 2003 C4 went bad and was fused in 2004. In 2005 C3 went bad and was fused in 2006, each time I had to learn to walk again. About eight weeks ago the whole shebang went bad. I couldn't stand. I had to have emergency surgery and now I am a C3-T3 Incomplete trying to learn to walk again as a walking quad. It's much harder physically and emotionally. Balance has become such as issue due to lack of trunk strength. Any advice would be appreciated.
