@mtty_el Thanks I'll check that out. I use a power chair as well. You should consider a trip to Wilderness on Wheels here in Colorado. Sorry for the late response btw

@ArpitaSuresh Welcome! I'm sorry that you have found yourself in need of the resources of this website, but there are some great people here who can hopefully help in some way. Just wondering, does your husband enjoy video games or using the computer? If so, you should look into getting a QuadStick. Anyway, try to keep your hopes up, have your husband's caregivers (which may mean you) check his skin thoroughly at least twice daily, and if he uses a tilting power wheelchair tell him don't forget to fully tilt back to weight shift at least every hour (every half hour is better) to prevent pressure ulcers. By now you probably know all the info I said so I apologize for wasting your time, but I say it just in case.

    Hello Arpita,
I am so happy you are here both for yourself and your husband.  This is a traumatic injury and life changing event that will time to adjust and accept.  The important thing is that you are not alone and there are many people here who understand as no one else can and stand ready to help in any way possible...
