COVID-19 is the topic of the day almost everywhere. People are staying home, working from home and avoiding going outside except for food and medicine. Those of us who have a spinal cord injury can be feeling even more isolated now than ever. I have a spinal cord injury. I work from home so my daily routine hasn’t changed too drastically; although I have avoided going outside except for a brief stint for some fresh air every few days. I have a schedule that I stick to, which includes work, some exercise/stretching and socializing by phone or FaceTime in the evening.

How are you coping? What ideas and tips have you used that you found were successful?
