Between changes in home dynamics due to covid and adding on the anxieties of a pandemic, life and working from home sleep issues sometimes come into play. Can anyone who has taken melatonin share their experience seems to be all of the places in marketing, even to kids? I have never taken it but have been curious it does help with broken sleep patterns for a more "restful" sleep.

@Jenn my adult son (quadriplegic) has taken this half hour before bed for awhile now and YES it seems to help him sleep through the night. It is safe even for kids. (Used correctly of course)
